Hydrant Flushing Notice

 

Village of Cambridge Water Department will be conducting routine fire hydrant flushing throughout the Village to maintain water quality and system performance. Work will be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, beginning on Monday, October 12^th, and ending Friday, October 16^th.

You may experience temporary low water pressure, cloudy or discolored water. The water is safe for consumption, though it is advised to abstain from doing laundry during these times as the water may stain clothes. The water should clear up after a few minutes of running cold tap water.
